Visa Information

Depending on your citizenship, you may need to obtain a Visa before coming to Sweden. For detailed information, please visit the website of the Swedish Migration Office.

All attendees are responsible for obtaining their own Visa for Sweden. The organizing committee will issue invitation letters if necessary. You must be able to confirm that you have registered and paid for the conference.

To receive an invitation letter, please send an email to info@bas2025.org. If you will present a scientific paper, please also indicate your paper ID number and the title of the paper.

Note that the Visa for Sweden should be requested as early as possible to avoid issues.
