The registration system will open on Feb 17, 2025, and close on 16 June, 2025.
Registration Fees
Registration fee covers the costs during the conference period, including lunch, coffee breaks, banquet, etc. To include the paper in the conference program and the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors must register before the registration deadline.

1: A registered author is allowed to present one paper (including oral
presentation). For the second paper, a fee of SEK 2904 is required.
2: Full-time students (not including post-doctoral researchers) MUST
provide proof of student status (copy of valid student ID card or a
letter from the affiliated institution head or program director).

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations received in writing via email will be accepted. Refunds, with remittance charges deducted, will be processed after the conference. The refund policy is as follows:
- Before 1 June 2025, 70% can be refunded.
- After 1 June 2025, no refund will be issued.
